As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on a year filled with achievements and milestones for INNO Instrument. This year, we celebrated incredible success as our products, particularly the M+ Series Fusion Splicers, View X Series, and I Series, gained remarkable popularity in the market. One of our proudest achievements was maintaining our title as the fastest fusion splicers on the market. Our hard work and innovation were recognized across the industry, including being nominated for prestigious awards at key telecommunications exhibitions. We were especially honored to win the FTTH Award 2024 for Installation Equipment, thanks to the outstanding performance of our View 8X Fusion Splicer.
This year, we expanded our global reach, attending industry events, exhibitions, and demonstrations on five continents. We established new partnerships with distributors in additional countries, enabling us to attract even more customers worldwide. INNO Instrument products played a crucial role in national fiber network development projects, supporting subcontractors and ensuring project success.
In collaboration with our distributors, we conducted over 80 training sessions on operating INNO devices and mastering fusion splicing techniques. Today, our products, including fiber cleavers and OTDRs, are used in telecommunications technician training centers in over 30 countries, helping to shape the next generation of industry professionals.
We also made significant advancements with the View Pro Manager, in our remote device management system options and cloud-based tools, which organize and manage fusion splicing projects and assets. Based on feedback from telecommunications companies, we introduced new features such as Service Request, Live Messaging, Splice Images, and Full Access Control. Our social media presence saw tremendous growth in 2024, with a nearly 150% increase in reach! Every day, users of INNO products share photos, videos, and recommendations about our fusion splicers, OTDRs, and fiber cleavers. This year, we also joined TikTok, adding a fresh dimension to our engagement. Follow us on all our social media platforms, and we encourage our distributors and resellers to tag us in their posts so we can share them and help you reach even more customers.
